Apartamento Bruselas Bourse

Wifi should be provided free instead of being chargeable at 5 euros per day. It is a service that can very well be provided for free so it left us with a bad impression when we had to pay for it, despite the nominal sum. The worst part was that the wifi did not work, and when we called for someone to fix it, we were told that they were coming over "in 5 minutes". We waited 30 mins and there was nobody, so we had to call again (there was no phone in the apartment and we had to use our overseas mobile lines to make these calls) and we were again told "5 minutes". In the end we waited for more than an hour in the apartment with no wifi and no tv, and decided to just leave for an already late lunch. When we got back, the TV was working but the wifi wasn't. So we had to call a third time and this time we were given the password for the wifi in another apartment which we could tap on. (By this time I am quite sure that the roaming charges on my phone was coming close to the cost I paid for the wifi which we did not work at all). The second night, the TV did not work but we could not be bothered to make yet another phone call for someone to take 2 hours to come by to fix it. It was overall not an extremely pleasant experience especially since we read and fully abided by the "house rules" pasted on the wall. It is not nice to inundate guests with these "rules" but yet not provide the basics PLUS the extras which we had paid for. I do not think that I would stay here again.
