Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable.
Needed more towels and bed sheets. Felt there should have been soap provided. Not big problems at all though.

Appartment was in a fantastic position just behind the Grand Place; charming views overlooking pedestrian streets and rooftops, and very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Also very spacious, light and airy. Contrary to a previous review we saw, the showers were fine.
There were no curtains, blinds or shutters in the double bedroom. There is no lift - we did not mind, but people should be aware that there are 95 steps to this appartment on the top floor.
