Excellent appartment, tastefully furnished and close to all the attractions of central Brussels.
Unfortunately, the staircase is only 50cms wide and the lights don't work so lugging suitcases to the second floor is a trial. The "rules" are posted everywhere and as a couple in our 70's we were astonished to read that any "vomit excrement or condoms" left on quitting would be charged a 20 euro per hour cleaning supplement. Also, the "total amount" you read on the website is not the total cost. Credit cards are subject to a 1,31% exra charge and a security deposit is required.

location was good
its advertised as a appartment for 4 but the convertable sofa is unsleepable ... eneded up on the floor... There is bars going across your back and I could barely walk after the first night sleep. very disappointed

Excellent appartment, great location, comfortable and nicely decorated
Only incovenience: the isolation between floors is quite bad, you can clearly hear when someone walks or goes to the toilet on the upper/lower appartments

I liked the location of apartment, it is situated really very close to the historical center of the city, not far from Gare Centrale y Gare du Midi.
The first night we stay in Manneken 2 the mattress fall down therough the bad and it was impossible to sleep. Everytime we would like to turn from side to side the mattress was falling down again. We had no time to claim it to the staf because is was very pity to lose our time.

Flat close to main attractions, clean spacious and everything was there that we needed - plenty of towels etc. Much easier when travelling with children than hotels - and more relaxing. Check in staff were very helpful and pleasant.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable - so apartment more suitable for two than four. Noise from upstairs (parties both nights) but not too bad.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, cheerful and nicely furnished. It had plenty of kitchen amenities and space for 2 people. Good bathroom. Location was excellent: close to Grand Place, restaurants and Gare Central. The check-in was easy and smooth and the young women in the office were very pleasant. Everything went smoothly.
We had a little trouble with the slats under the mattress and the hall and stair lights didn't work. Neither thing interfered with our good time and we did report it to the office for the next tenats and it was duly noted.
